The Petitioner has sought a relief to direct the Education Officer to repatriate and accommodate the Petitioner against the vacancy available in Respondent No.2-School, as per the

Maharashtra Employees' of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

On 9 March 2022, we had passed the following order and the matter was adjourned.

"The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Respondent No.1 states that he has received instructions that the Petitioner had requested for absorption in a particular school which is given to the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions and seeks time to ascertain. 3.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, stand over to 23 March 2022."

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he still has no instructions from the Petitioner and seeks further time. 4.

The Petitioner has been absorbed in Shri Gajanan High School, Adasa, Taluka Kalmeshwar, as stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. If the Petitioner has not contacted his Advocate, it is quite obvious that the Petitioner has no grievance.

No further orders are necessary, Writ Petition is disposed of.
