Shri G.G. Bade, learned Advocate for the petitioner has fairly pointed out the order passed by this Court on 18.05.2018, by which this Court permitted holding of election, directing that the result shall be subject to further orders which may be passed in the writ petition. 2.
In view of the subsequent events, the complaint made in this Contempt Petition about willful disobedience of order does not survive.

We see no reason to invoke the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Contempt Petition is disposed accordingly. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
