DATED : 22.11.2024 Mr. P.S. Kshirsagar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, makes a statement that the petitioners are not pressing prayer Clause (ii) of the petition and is giving up the claim for rental compensation.

The statement is accepted as the statement to the Court. Insofar as the prayer Clause (i) is concerned, the respondents have already calculated the compensation payable and deposited sum of Rs.33,43,360/- in this Court, which is recorded in the farad sheet dated 21.11.2024.

The learned for the respondents have no objection for the petitioner to withdraw the

aforesaid amount. The learned Counsel for the respondents further makes a statement, that the Award would be passed within a period of 4 months from today, and in case, if any additional compensation is awarded, the same would be paid. 4.

In view of the said statement, the petition stands disposed of in terms above. The amount deposited by the respondents be paid over to the petitioners.
