Heard.
The office note reveals that the appellant has not filed private paper book. The learned counsel for the appellant in fact points out that there is no such direction to the appellant to submit the private paper book.
A perusal of the order dated 06.02.2019 shows that on rejection of application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the applicant, it further orders that the appeal be listed for final hearing immediately after the paper book is filed, which is expedited.
0706appa490.18 In that view of the matter, the office note is dispensed with. Criminal Appeal be shown under the caption "for final hearing", after the paper book is prepared.
