The prayer is made to direct respondent No.3 to remove illegal construction mentioned in the notice dated 17.09.2024 of the Government.

Be that as it may, considering the fact that notice is already issued on 17.09.2024, we direct the Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Samudrapur, Distt. Wardha to take the notice to logical end after granting opportunity of being heard to the respondent Nos. 4 to 7.
