Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 25th January, 2016, the petitioner has deposited amount of Rs.11,69,836/- with the Registry of this Court. The respondent No.1-employee has filed this application praying that he be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner. On 25th January, 2016, while directing the petitioner to deposit the amount, this Court directed that on deposit of the amount by the petitioner, it be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank.

The tenor of the order passed by this Court on 25th January, 2016 shows that while directing the petitioner to deposit the amount this Court was not intending to disburse it till decision of the petition.

The Civil Application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE RRaut..
