DATE : 26.08.2015 The learned Counsel for the petitioners state that though the petitioners have sought a larger relief by the prayer made in the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed, if this Court directs the respondent no.3 - Education Officer to decide the proposal in respect of the petitioner nos.4 and 5 within a stipulated time. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 - Education Officer to decide the proposal of the petitioner nos.4 and 5 positively within a period of six weeks, if the same is not yet decided.
Order accordingly. No costs.
