This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited in this Court by the respondent no.2-the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Vidarbha Irrigation Development Board, Wardha.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 has no objection to allow this application as he has pointed out that the matter has been settled between the parties and accordingly the appeal was disposed of.

In that view of the matter for the reasons

3-caf-1652-21 stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer as mentioned in the application. 4.

It is made clear that permission to withdraw the amount includes the permission to withdraw the interest amount, if any accrued thereon.

The civil application is disposed of.
