DATE : 17/08/2023 1] Learned AGP makes a statement that 7/12 extract has been provided which indicates the mutation of the name of the petitioner, considering which since that was the only grievance, the petition stands disposed of in view of the statement by the learned AGP. 2] Considering that there was a dispute regarding the claim for mutation by the petitioner on account of an objection being filed by Chandrakala on 8.12.2021 on account of a challenge to the decree dated 29.2.2020 passed by the learned 7th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, in challenge to which before this Court there was a stay, which W.P. No. 3864/2021 came to be dismissed on 31.3.2022, against which SLP came to be filed, We are not inclined to accept the request sought to be claimed by prayer clause (B).
