Today, when the application is called out for hearing, none has appeared on behalf of the respondents, while Mr. Shrivastava, has appeared on behalf of the applicants and he prays for the present application to be allowed. 3.

Having perused the application, this Court is of the opinion that in the interest of justice, the application can be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Consequential amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
