The application is for grant of early hearing. Appeal is of year the 2017. As per contention of the applicant that he is more than 57 years of old and the punishment is of one year. The appeal is pending six years before this Court. He further submitted that he is due to retire on 30.04.2024. Considering the reason mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted. 2.

The Criminal Appeal be placed for final hearing before this Court on 20.07.2023.
