05/11/ 1] This appeal is filed by the convict to challenge the judgment passed by the Sessions Court convicting her for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced her to undergo life imprisonment and to pay fine. The appeal is admitted on 20/10/2020 and is pending for final hearing. R. & P. is received. 2] By this criminal application, the appellant - convict has prayed that the sentence be suspended and the respondent - State be directed to release her on bail. 3] Learned advocate for the appellant submitted that the appellant is in custody since 10/09/2016. 4] Considering the facts of the case, we propose to take up the appeal itself for final hearing.
