DATED : 02/08/2022 For the reasons stated in the application, the condition No.(v) in the order dated 06/05/2022 is modified as under :- "the condition not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station without permission to the trial Court is hereby relaxed. However, the applicant shall provide his new address along with name of the nearest Police Station, whenever he changes the address, and shall attend 1st day of each month the said Police Station, between 9.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m., till the culmination of trial."

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
