Heard Shri Abdul Bashir, learned Counsel for the complainant-applicant no.1 and respondent therein i.e. applicant no.2. He states that the applicants have jointly made this application for quashing of FIR No. 540/2014 dated 06.12.2014 registered with the Rana Pratap Nagar Police Station, Nagpur under Section 354(A)(1) of the Indian Penal Code. Parties state that it is a case of mistaken identity.

Shri R.S. Nayak, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, informs that he has no instructions on

We have perused the FIR. Parties are present in person and have been identified by Shri Bashir, Advocate, who appears for them.

We find that the dispute purely of a private nature. In this situation, we grant prayer as made and FIR mentioned supra, is quashed and set aside. Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
