The petitioners are challenging show cause notices issued by respondent No.3 on 15-05-2017 calling upon the petitioners to show cause as to why they should not be reverted from the post of Chargeman to Danger Building Workers.

We are satisfied that the petition is clearly misconceived for reasons more than one.

Firstly, the petitioners are challenging only a show cause notice to which they have submitted their explanation. The petitioners would be well entitled to challenge the final action, in the event the action is adverse. Secondly, and more importantly, the entire subject matter is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
