C.A.F. No.1640 of 2015 By this application, the applicants who are the legal heirs of the deceased seek permission to withdraw an amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Considering the facts of the case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation that has been deposited by the appellant in this Court subject to filing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed the amount withdrawn shall be repaid on such terms the Court may direct.
