Heard Shri C.A. Babrekar, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri M.J. Khan, learned APP for non-applicant No. 1 and Shri Mir Nagman Ali, learned counsel for nonapplicant No. 2, for sometime. The charge sheet is already filed.

Prima facie, it appears that applicant Nos. 3 & 4 are residing at different places. Applicant No. 2 is motherin-law of complainant - non-applicant No. 2 and applicant No. 1 is husband.

In this situation, we permit applicant No. 1 to appear with Advocate for and on behalf of all the applicants before the Trial Court and to file appropriate application as per law, seeking discharge. If such an application is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the trial Court shall attempt to take decision upon it within next three months. Till then, attendance of other applicants before the trial Court shall not be necessary.

However, if any occasion arises, it will be open to the trial Court to pass appropriate orders seeking presence

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present Criminal Application. No order as to costs.
