The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2019 in Writ Petition No.2614 of 2010. In the said order the respondent no.1 was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 04.06.2010 made by the petitioner in the light of the Government communication addressed to the respondent no.1 dated 14.09.2011. 3.

Shri Makrand Rajkondawar, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, submits that as per direction of this Court the respondent no.1 considered the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2019 along with representation dated 04.06.2010 in terms of the directives received vide Government communication dated 14.09.2011.

In this view of the matter, in our considered view, the direction issued by this Court in order dated 16.09.2019 has been duly complied with. If petitioner considers himself to be aggrieved by order dated 19.04.2021, he is at liberty to take appropriate course of law. 5.

The contempt petition stands disposed of. No costs.
