DATE : 12-07-2022 The applicant has approached to this Court by filing the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.0487/2022 dated 28-05-2022 registered with Police Station Arni, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there a quarrel took place in two groups of Advocates and counter FIRs came to be filed. It is submitted that the applicant is an Advocate by occupation and there are no criminal antecedents. It is further submitted that the matter has now been settled between both the groups. Accordingly, he prays for grant of pre-arrest bail.

The learned APP is not disputing the fact of settlement.

I have perused the case diary, FIR and the reply filed by the State.

In this case, there was a quarrel between two groups of Advocates and accordingly, counter FIRs with similar allegations are filed. Now, both the groups have resolved their disputes. 6.
In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that prearrest bail can be granted to the applicant. Accordingly, I pass the following order:-
O R D E R
i) Application is allowed.
ii) In the event of arrest, the applicant in Crime No.0487/2022 dated 28-05-2022 registered with Police Station Arni, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
iii) The applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution
3/3 witnesses or tamper with the prosecution evidence. Application is disposed of accordingly.
