(Passed on 09.09.2023) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellants have withdrawn the appeal by filing a separate pursis Dated 9.9.2023. The appellants do not want to proceed further for the reasons mentioned in the pursis. In view of this, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. It is clarified that the names of appellant Nos.1 and 2 shall also be considered as mentioned in paragraph No.3 of pursis dated 9.9.2023. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per Rules. The claimants are entitled to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon, if any, deposited by the respondent No.3, as mentioned in pursis dated 9.9.2023.
