The appellant, who was on bail during the trial is convicted for offence punishable under Section 354-A(1)(ii), 354, 354-B, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 11 (i) and 11 (ii) punishable under Section 12 of POCSO Act and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years.

2] Considering the fact that the accused was on bail and the sentence is suspended, and considering the nature of the accusation and material on record, I deem it appropriate to suspend the sentence.

3] The substantive sentence is suspended.

4] The accused be released on bail on same terms
