Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this petition, the following prayers are made:- "I] Hold the construction of the cement road and drainage by the respondents through western part of survey No. 6 in East-West direction making 2 parts of the western part of survey No. 6/1 owned by the petitioner illegal; II] Direct the respondent to pay the fair compensation to the tune of Rs 1 crore towards the loss sustained by the petitioner due to the unauthorized, illegal and forcible construction of cement road and drainage in the land owned by the petitioner as early as possible ;

III] ........"

Considering the fact that, the issue is not still decided by the respondent authorities, we direct the respondent authorities to treat the present petition as a representation and decide it within a period of eight weeks from today.

Needless to mention that, if the respondent authorities find that the petitioner is entitled for the monetary benefit/compensation, the action of disbursal be taken within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from today.
