By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail by order dated 10/08/2022. 2.

The condition which is imposed on the applicants is that the applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every 1st day of each month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, till culmination of the trial. 3.

On perusal of the order it reveals that the said condition was imposed with intention to secure the presence of the present applicant.

At this stage, trial is yet to be commenced and if that condition is relaxed then it would be difficult to secure the presence of the present applicant. 5.

In view of that, the said condition cannot be relaxed at this stage.
