The applicant seeks pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in crime registered against him by the non-applicant No.2 at Veraval, District : Junagadh in State of Gujrat for the for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the Investigating Agency, the applicant floated a scheme for the proposed customers and issued 452 cards providing benefits to the proposed customers without permission of the informant-the management of the hotel and because of this the informant is cheated by the applicant by an amount of Rs.13,10,800/-.

The applicant has stated in the application in paragraph 7 that he is not involved in any other crime/ offence.

Considering the nature of the accusations and accepting the statement made by the applicant, as recorded above, the applicant is granted pre-arrest bail for two weeks.

2 aba383.17 It is directed that in the event of arrest in crime No. I-155, registered by the non-applicant No.2, the applicant be provisionally released on bail for the period of two weeks on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount.
