19th June, 2017 By this application, the applicants seek addition of parties as respondent nos. 2 to 4 on the ground that during pendency of the proceedings, the respondent has executed a sale-deed in relation to the suit property in their favour on 24th January, 2014. Notice of the present application was served on the parties proposed to be added as respondents. There is no appearance on their behalf.

Accepting the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. Said parties are permitted to be added as respondent nos. 2 to 4. Similarly, leave is granted to amend the prayer clause in the Memorandum of Appeal. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Civil Application is disposed of.
