The learned counsel for the applicants herein after arguing these applications for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, requested for permission to withdraw the applications with a further prayer for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the proceedings.

In view of the above, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the fact that the charge-sheet in the present case was filed on 01.011.2018 and there are only about 25 witnesses to be examined by the prosecution, the trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and to render judgment within a period of one year from today.
