th JULY , 2023 The present application is filed by respondent nos. 1 to 4 / original claimants for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

The First Appeal No. 1661/20008 came to be dismissed on 30/03/2023. The appellant has deposited the amount as per order in First Appeal No. 1661/2008. In view thereof, the present application is filed. It is submitted that respondent no. 1 is holding Power of Attorney for all other respondents i.e. respondent nos. 2 to 4. In view of the judgment, I do not see any impediment for allowing the application. As such, the application is allowed. 3.

Registry is hereby directed to disburse the amount of compensation lying with this Court along with accrued interest in the

903-CAF 1500-23 in FA 1661.08 account of respondent no. 1, after due verification of Power of Attorney, within a period of four weeks.
