th JULY , 2023 The present application is filed on behalf of respondent no. 1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited with this Court.

It appears that the appellant has deposited the total amount of compensation i.e. Rs. 6,07,793/- on 05/02/2010. In view of the order of this Court dated 14/08/2018, the claimant/respondent no. 1 was permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking, and remaining 50% of the amount is lying with this Court in Fixed Deposit (FDR). As the matter is already dismissed and disposed of, the applicant is permitted to withdraw remaining 50% of the amount along with accrued interest. 3.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in favour of respondent no. 1, after due verification, within a period of three weeks.
