The learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that respondent no.3 had removed the deficiencies. Therefore, he claimed that respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Education, be directed to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The learned counsel has relied upon the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.NO. 5245/2018 (Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and others vs. Dy. Director of Education and anr) with the connected writ petition, decided on 13.03.2023 and submitted that the petitioner's case is covered by the said judgment.

Having considered the submissions, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no. 2-Deputy Director of Education to consider the proposal submitted by respondent no.3 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner in view of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 5245/2018 cited supra, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of production of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
