Insofar as present criminal application is concerned, we find that it is not possible for us to make assessment of the investigation made at this

Order Criminal Application No.421/2015 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of applicant to apply for discharge before trial Court, if so advised. If such application is made, the same shall be decided expeditiously by the trial Court. All the points raised in this criminal application are kept open.

Let the charge-sheet be filed within two months.
