The appellant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.0160/2025 registered with Police Station, Khamgaon City, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has stated that on 09.05.2025, this Court has granted interim protection to this appellant. The appellant is attending the concerned Police Station regularly.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the appellant is attending the Police Station regularly.

Considering the reasons stated in the appeal, the interim protection granted to the appellant on 09.05.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 6.

The fees of the appointed Counsel for the respondent No.2 be quantified as per Rules.
