Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

The petitioners' contention is that the regularization of the encroachment has been approved in the meeting of Gram Panchayat. He has relied upon the resolution passed on 02.09.2022 (Page No.153 of the Writ Petition), which is copy of resolution.

In view of thereof, we direct the petitioners to submit a detailed representation in the light of Resolution dated 02.09.2022 before the Collector, Washim, within two weeks. The petitioners are directed to appear before the Collector, Washim on 29.09.2025.

We direct the Collector, Washim to decide the representation of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it.
