Learned counsel Shri Y.V.Nayyar for applicants submits that though he informed applicants, applicants have not contacted him. He submits that no instruction has been received by applicants, as yet. As such, it is his submission that he be discharged from proceedings.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for applicants, it seems that applicants are not interested in prosecuting with the matter.

The matter is already kept for dismissal as per order dated 11.10.2022.

The criminal application is dismissed with costs of Rs.5000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur.
