By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, effect and operation of the Judgment and Award passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.242 of 2012.

Learned Advocate Mr. Marathe, for the appellant submitted that entire amount of compensation is already deposited. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate, the implementation, effect and operation of the Judgment passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.242 of 2012, is stayed till final disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
