25/07/ The present application is filed by respondent for grant of permission to withdraw the amount. It is submitted that the appellant challenged the award passed by learned Member of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Bhandara. The said appeal came to be dismissed vide order dated 05/04/2023. The appellant in the present appeal deposited Rs.65,000/- on 21/10/2010 and on 29/07/2010 and appeal is dismissed. I do not see any impediment in allowing the application. Hence, the application is allowed. 2.

The Nazir is directed to disburse the amount of compensation along with accrued interest in favour of respondent.

The application stands disposed of.
