Shri Gawai, learned counsel for Appellant states that he has already served a copy of the memo of appeal to the Respondents No.2 and 3. He will also do the same with respect to Respondent No.1. He, however, submits that the Record and Proceedings be called for so that the evidence can also be compiled and served.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.2748 OF 2019.

Vide order dated 27.09.2019, time was granted to deposit the cheque towards the entire amount of compensation, subject to which, there would be a stay on the execution of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Tribunal.

The learned counsel for appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in this

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the notes of the Registry, let the stay granted earlier be continued till the final disposal of the appeal.

Application accordingly stands disposed in the above terms.
