Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 points out that copies of appeal memo have not been supplied despite orders of the court. Perused orders dated 28.7.2017 and 4.8.2017.

On 4.8.2017, this court has granted time to appellant subject to rider that if appellant or his counsel does not remain present, appeal shall stand dismissed for default.
