It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent-claimant that as per the order passed by this court on 24/06/2016, ad-interim stay was granted subject to appellant depositing 75% amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal within a period of 8 weeks, however, said order is not complied with. Thereafter, by the order dated 17/04/2017, appellant was directed to deposit additional amount of Rs.25,000/- till 12/06/2017, however, said order is also not complied with.

In view thereof, order of ad-interim stay granted earlier stands vacated.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
