Considering the short issue involved, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal by issuing Rule and making the same returnable forthwith.

The only prayer made by the petitioner is for expeditious declaration of his claim of belonging to 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner's father has been issued such validity certificate. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent on instructions submits that the next date of the proceedings is 17/07/2023. According to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks from that date, the claim of the petitioner would be decided. 4.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, the petitioner is directed to remain present before the Scrutiny Committee on 17/07/2023. The Scrutiny Committee shall consider all documents and pass the order by 31/07/2023.
