DATE : 07-10-2022 This is an application seeking corrections in the name of appellant nos. 3 and 4. Earlier on 26-10-2021, this Court had permitted the decretal amount deposited in this Court to be paid to the appellants in equal proportion. Learned Counsel for the appellants would submit that there are six appellants who have to receive the amount deposited in this Court in equal proportion. However, the issue pertains to the names of appellant nos. 3 and 4 and the same is corrected on the names as reflected in the application.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the appellants and having perused the application, let the corrections as prayed for be allowed. Let the name of appellant no.3 be corrected as Sau. Sunita Prakash Dasanpure and the name of appellant no.4 be corrected as Sau. Ekta Sanjay Chitode.

Let the payments be made in those names.

Respondents to act accordingly.

Application stands disposed.
