CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : DECEMBER 13, 2016.

This court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition so as to decide a dispute in regard to the title and possession vis-a-vis the petitioners and the person who is not joined as a party to this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that in view of the statement made in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3, the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
