DATED : AUGUST 4, 2017 The present writ petition arises out of interim order directing the present petitioners to pay maintenance amount to the respondent no.1 wife of petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 who is aged about 3 years. The only statement made by learned counsel for the present petitioners that since the mother of the petitioner no.1 suffers from cancer he could not work. Such reasons are unacceptable. The petition is rejected.
