Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation before the Reference Court.

In this view of the matter, the execution of the award and decree dated 07/12/2011 passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.07/2000 is stayed till disposal of this appeal.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
