O R D E R

(Dated 14th July, 2018.) The appellant with its counsel is present. The respondent No.1 is present personally. He has filed xerox copy of the Aadhar Card which is verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have settled the claim, as per the terms of compromise. The compromise is verified and found to be correct. The award be drawn in terms of compromise.

Original Claimant (respondent No.1) is allowed to withdraw the amount payable to him and deposited by the appellant, if any. The Court Fees be refunded as per Rules.
