The first appeal is already allowed vide judgment dated 23.11.2021.

In the meanwhile, the appellant died and, therefore, the present application is filed for bringing his legal heirs on record and for withdrawal of the amount and for paying the Court Fees and for condonation of delay of six days.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The legal heirs of the appellant be brought on record within a period of one week from today.

The appellant has not deposited the deficit Court Fees of Rs.6,715/- on enhanced amount of compensation. 2.

The present application will be considered after payment of the deficit Court Fees.
