Heard.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 151 of 2018 registered at Police Station Kalamb for offence punishable under section 420, 465, 467, 468, 406, 170 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court, has by order dated 3.7.2018 permitted the withdrawal of anticipatory bail application of co-accused Vilas Suryabhan Muke. However, in so far as the present applicant is concerned, prima facie, the role played is not as serious as that of co-accused Vilas Suryabhan Muke. The amount in respect of which the offence is lodged is also significantly less as compared to the co-accused Vilas whose anticipatory bail application was about to be rejected. Having perused the case diary, it does not appear that the investigation shall be hampered if the applicant is not interrogated in custody. In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 151 of 2018 registered at Kalamb Police Station, the applicant shall be

aba383of18.odt 2 released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall attend Police Station, Kalamb every Saturday and Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall he attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
