DATE : 27/06/2023 1] The only question raised is that before cancellation of license which was granted in favour of the father of the petitioner, which came to be cancelled on account of the demise of his father, an opportunity of hearing was not afforded.

2] By its very nature a license is personal to the party to whom it is granted and there is no right of inheritance, in view of which there was no question of grant of any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before the cancellation on account of the demise of the license holder. I therefore do not see any reason to interfere in the matter.
