This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal. In my opinion, delay of 35 days caused is properly explained though the prayer is objected by the respondents. 2.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, delay stands condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to respondents-claimants within a period of six weeks from today. Civil Application stands allowed in above terms.
