Inspite of last chance granted vide order dated 23/01/2024, office objections are not removed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

As such two weeks time is granted as prayed subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week from today. Receipt of such payment shall be placed on record by the next date.

If costs are not paid and office objections are not removed within aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.
