The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by Deputy Commissioner (Supplies) by which he has stayed the effect, operation and implementation of the order passed by the District Supply Officer. The impugned order is passed on 3rd June, 2015. The petition is filed on 17th June, 2016. The petitioner has not taken any steps to circulate the matter. Considering the fact that the impugned interim order is operating since last more than 19 months and the petitioner had not been vigilant in prosecuting the matter, I am not inclined to interfere.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
